Basically, I've been using photoshop for nearly 5 years, I do create my own stuff.
But lately I have been following these internet tutorials that help you create things on photoshop…Would that be cheating or stealing someone elses work? I am really worried that I'll lose my creativity that way, and that my works lose their originality…:(
can anyone help please.
Thank you
With "creating my own stuff" do you mean painting/drawing your own pictures?
Tutorials submitted by other users who wants to share their ideas, tricks and tips. It's not a good idea to follow a tutorial exactly step-by-step and using the same sources as the writer, but it's not stealing, if you use their ideas to create your own example of the effect.
I started working with Photoshop this year, may I see some of your results?

yet again, still never got the answer I was really looking for.
third luck’s the charm?
step by step instructions would be nice, but basics are cool.
how to get an effect like this?

or the eye, at least. does the camera capture it?
to make this you would first go to image–>adjustments–>levels and bring the far left slider a bit to the right and the far right a bit to the left until you like what you see. then go to image–>adjustments–>colour balance and where it says tone balance click shadows. then bring the yellow/blue slider more to the blue side. the eyes were probably partly due to a good camera and partly done by using the dodge tool to lighten and the burn tool to darken.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 and I was wondering how you download and install brushes and fonts for photoshop and what sites to go to and get them.
to download fonts: http://www.wikihow.com/Download-Fonts-for-Windows
to install photoshop brushes: http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/qt/installcontent.htm
you have to EXTRACT both first

How do I rotate a layer in photoshop?
(If you haven't already noticed, I've been asking a lot of photoshop questions, and I will definitely be choosing the best answer for each question as soon as the option allows me.)

im just starting photoshop, so i don't know much about it !
i wanna get this pattern and download, not make it !
every website i go to they show me how to make it,
but i just wanna download and learn how to apply
it to a photo ! so can you please give me a link
of where i can downlaod it for free !
the pattern looks like this !
http://fantaselayouts.com/dotsonimagetutorial.php
thank you !
There is a link in that fantaselayouts.com tutorial. In the sentence "Lets go! – first of all, you will need to define this pattern on your photoshop."
The word "this" is actually a link to the very image you are talking about! It's stupid that it's not a different color or underlined. Anyhow, this is the image:

Sunday Jan 25, 2009
Hey guys, I already know the basics of how to make a signature and all but can someone give a step by step instruction on how to do this kind of signature?
http://i375.photobucket.com/albums/oo194/ecniv12/MilkSago2.png
What you refer to as "a signature" is simply a normal image. Photographs should be saved as jpg, and more illustrative style images can be saved as .png.
1. Make a new document with the size you want (e.g. 500×200 px)
2. Use all your knowledge to create what you want, copy/paste parts from other images, add text with the text tool, etc.
3. Save your layered file (your original) as a Photoshop Document (.psd) so you can edit it more later.
4. Use file->save for web and devices… and save it as JPG or PNG, depending on your image. Use this file as your "signature".

I accidentally kinda like randomly picked textures (yesterday) and saved it and so on. Is there any way to bring it back to normal?
Nope – once you've closed it you have changed the pixels for good.
