how can i apply a design on an image of a shirt that looks realistic to send to clients for approval before sending them the actual design? photoshop tutorial / illustrator

Okay… I always see photoshop tutorials that have these pictures of the things you should press in order to complete your image and stuff like that. What I want to know is how do I get these pictures to add to my tutorial?

I came up with a little tutorial to use on photoshop for a special effect. How do you go about creating a video tutorial that you can upload on youtube or elsewhere, and could you also create the tutorial with a slideshow software with a voiceover? I’m a complete novice in this area, so I need to learn the basics.

photo shop has the chrome, go to the effects menu and select chrome…first try it on a duplicate copy of what you’re working on is as to have room to play around with out affecting the original.

The picture has more than just chrome effect in it..did you know that…you can just apply chrome effect and get that type of image..it has shadowing and different angles to the face that the chrome effect enhances. try with something very simple like a cube..give it different shades of black-gray and then apply the chrome…keep increasing your drawing in detail to see how you like the results.

Using Adobe Photoshop Elements, you can work through this tutorial in about three hours. It gives you an in depth background in image processing and photo editing techniques. Photoshop Elements is a slightly scaled down version of Adobe Photoshop but it works just about the same and has about 90% of its capabilities. This tutorial includes dozens of digital photo files for you to work with; however, you can use your own images. You don’t have to use a digital camera to capture photos for your computer; you can use a flatbed scanner, have photos put on disk via Picture CD or other processing, or even have them posted to the Internet. Use of Photoshop Elements can be divided into four main processes: bringing images into the program, fine tuning the images, adding special effects, and outputting the images to a printer, the Internet, or other device. You’ll work with all of these in this tutorial. As you work with this tutorial, don’t worry if your images don’t look exactly like the screen shots. It’s OK to experiment also. The process is more important than the product. Each activity should take under five minutes and you can do them in any order.
