I have been trying for a long time to upload my fonts onto photoshop elements 7 but what I've been trying hasn't been working. Any ideas?

I'm not certain about Photoshop 7, because I have an older version but I have gotten new fonts to work in Photoshop CS. Have you installed the fonts on your computer in the control panel? After doing that the new fonts should become available in Photoshop. At least that's how it's worked for me.

This tutorial will show you how to use photoshop fonts without installing them.

I just installed a new font and it's in my "Font" folder, but I can't figure out how to get it into my photoshop program (paint shop pro 7)
Is it possible? or am I just missing something?

Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro both pick up their fonts from the OS. If you've installed it correctly for your operating system, then it should show up in your graphics editor.

Note that Paint Shop Pro is not "A Photoshop", it is a graphics editor, as is Photoshop. (Just like a Ford is not a Mercedes, but both Fords and Mercedes are cars).

this tutorial is for cpu fonts…they can work as well with laptop but the FONTS folder is located different from the cpu…

its the new sign of my clan TS (Trinity Shooters [COD 4 CLAN for PS3])

and yes…the ike at my background i made it with photoshop CS4(my first edited image with CS4)

this works with cpu XP
when is a laptop or CPU Windows vista u have to Right click the downloaded Font and Left Click on install
yep a real pain in the neck

I have the font Univers and a bunch of variations on it. In photoshop all the fonts show up perfectly, but in Word and actually the program I need them for Print Shop Mail I only get 4 of the 10 or so variations. The Adobe Type Light manager doesn't see the other variations either.

What gives?

Adobe Photoshop is so much better than word, it has better fonts. Adobe photoshop is for um.. photoshop? Such as editing photos etc. Word is just writing stuff, therefore the fonts are.. naff bland. I have had the same problem, which mucked me up.
