Hi Im making a signature with a .gif file in it,but i dont know how.i tried making the sig then copying the .gif in it saving the file for “save for web & devices” but when i upload it the .gif in the sig doesnt move anymore,pls help!
try to “save optimized as” when you save
and try a few different modes to save it with
This tutorial is a different syle to the usual ones i do, it contains no use of brushes but i think the outcome is nice.

how do i make a signature on forums w/o photoshop??
im trying 2 make one of a soldier with his gun and some medals
Best thing I can suggest is to get hold of a trial of a program like Photoshop. There are plenty of programs out there which should be able to handle this-PaintShop Pro, the Gimp, any of the Serif line etc etc.
Either that or find somebody using Photoshop, sketch out your idea to them and let them build it for you.

I can't find any tutorials for photoshop CS3 that are detailed with making online signatures. I'm new to photoshop, and know most of the basics, the only reason I'm learning it atm is so I can make some awsome signatures. I find alot of tutorails and such but none of them explain why/what I'm doing, just says do this, this, and this and you get this. I'm looking for a website/tutorials that will tell you why your doing this, why you don't do this, and explains what each tool does/is doing while you learn to make signatures. I know some of the terminalogy like renders, c4d's, but I think there are some I don't know. Another words I'm looking for tutorials that teach you how to make awsome signatures, from beginner to pro that also teaches you photoshop CS3 basics/more advance techniques. Any help is aprecaited, thanks.
PS I did buy a book on photoshop CS3, but it wasn't very helpfull
Edit: By signatures I mean, digital art signatures you may find people using in forums, most popular type of signatures have/use and renders in them.
I forgot a word in that edit, the most popular type of signatures I find on the internet have anime in them.
I'm not sure what kind of signatures you are referring to, could you be more specific? There are many types of signatures in the digital world and we have no way to guessing which you need help with.
