I want to save it so that I can use it in UnrealEd 2004.

First of all, you sound like an awesome girl.
I’m pretty sure you can save it as a .png or .dds and it’ll load it.
may have to check the import options from the editor.

make sure it’s a power of 2 size. like 128×128, 512×512 etc..

What do you mean by "skin texture brushes"? There are no brushes specifically called that. Changing skin texture is a matter of masking, smoothing/blurring, and various other techniques. It isn’t a special set of brushes.

What do I click to create a texture?

Filter>Texture>Texturizer

I accidentally kinda like randomly picked textures (yesterday) and saved it and so on. Is there any way to bring it back to normal?

The FIRST RULE OF PHOTO EDITING: Never, Never-Ever work on the original picture.

Your first step is to open the picture. The second step is always MAKE A COPY OF IT and then close the original. To make a copy drag its layer to the copy layer icon then drag the original, the Background layer to the trashcan.

Or you can highlight the Background layer in the Layers Palette and go to Layer in the main menu and click on Duplicate, then right click on the Background layer and choose Delete.

Once you’ve saved and closed the photo there’s no way to undo the effects you’ve put on it when you open it again. We all destroyed some pretty good pictures when we first started editing. Sorry.

I want to copy a pattern/texture over a car’s shell, so it would look like it is painted like that.

First extract the car to a layer by itself. Then you must apply the pattern or texture using a displacement map to make it look realistic. Otherwise your pattern or texture won’t follow the curves and contours of the car.

They have user made textures you can download online. So i went into photoshop>presets>textures and saved it there. Well now how do i open it once my photoshop is open?

File>Open and browse to same folder.

well i can write text but it's EXTREMELY SMALL! i have photoshop CS. has this happened to anyone? what can i do to fix this?

Make sure your image is zoomed in at 100%.

If that doesn't solve the problem, then change the text size.
