Outcome:

Now duplicate your original render and bring it to the top of your layers palette. Now set it to lighten on 50% opacity.

Now make a new applied image and go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen. Now erase around your render’s head. Leave this layer on Normal at 100% opacity. Now add some text and some lines with the paintbrush that go with the flow of your sig around your render and your done!
