I have 3 images with different colored text that has been saved as 3 different .PSD files that I now want to use as color changing animated text in Image ready.

But how do I first add all three image files into ONE layer palette in photoshop and also in image ready.

no no, I don't want to add to one layer – I want to add multiple file to Layer PALETTE so that I have have 3 layers onto one palette.

Create a new Photoshop document, and have three fresh layers. Go up to the "File" menu, select "Place…" and choose the file you want. When it shows up at first, it will have a grey outline and X over it. Hit enter/return to place it. Do this on each of the three layers. I think this is what you want to do.
