1. Open up Photoshop
2. Create a new layer and right click on the default layer and go to ‘Blending Options’.
3. Click down on ‘Pattern Overlay’.
4. Click the arrow next to the large pattern box, then click the 2nd arrow like in the images above.
5. Select ‘Load Patterns’. Thats it!
